Yoga is the cultivation of inner steadiness and clarity, creating a grounded space where the soul can breathe and expand. When the mastery of the senses by the mind happens, it is called Yoga.
The body is a living expression of consciousness, the sacred field through which awareness becomes experience.
Through breath, discernment, and conscious action, we learn to engage life fully without clinging to outcomes. In doing so, we begin to soften and dissolve accumulated impressions, known as sañchita karma, gently loosening the cycles of fear, desire, and attachment.
